Terms of Service

Membership is intended for adults preparing for off-grid living and emergency readiness. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Callsigns are encouraged for privacy; do not impersonate another member or entity.

The Platform is an educational and situational-awareness tool. You agree not to use it to plan or execute unlawful acts, to harass or endanger other members, or to redistribute paid or gated content outside the membership. Crowdsourced resource pins, forum posts, and messages must be truthful to the best of your current knowledge; knowingly submitting false resource coordinates or telemetry is grounds for removal.

Paid membership tiers and live Field Academy sessions are billed through Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). Session seats are non-transferable. Refunds, where applicable, follow the cancellation terms presented at checkout.

The Platform aggregates public utility telemetry (e.g. KUBRA, Pepco), environmental feeds (NOAA/NWS, USGS, AirNow), and peer-submitted waypoints. We cannot warrant that any third-party feed is real-time, error-free, or uncompromised, and we may suspend any feed without notice.

Aim 2 Ready, LLC. may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, for safety reasons, or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including liability limitations and disclaimers — remain in effect.

1. Express prohibition on automated retrieval. Except as expressly authorized in writing by the Company, you agree not to access, monitor, copy, download, extract, scrape, harvest, index, or spider any portion of the Service, including without limitation: geospatial coordinate arrays, emergency resource locations, telemetry streams (utility, water, environmental, or RF data), community asset directories, or member dossiers. You shall not utilize any automated device, software tool, script, robot, bot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automatic or manual process to systematically extract data or create compilations or derivative databases from the Service.
2. Circumvention of technical barriers. You expressly agree not to bypass, circumvent, tamper with, or attempt to disable any security protocols, rate-limiting algorithms, coordinate precision thresholds, authentication handshakes, device attestation mechanisms (including Google Play Integrity or Apple App Attest), or SSL/TLS certificate pinning deployed across the Platform.
3. Commercial exploitation & competitive use. The compilation, organization, and presentation of all critical asset data and telemetry within the Service is the exclusive, proprietary property of the Company. You are strictly prohibited from using, licensing, reselling, redistributing, or incorporating any data retrieved from the Service into any third-party software, competing application, commercial map layer, or artificial intelligence/machine learning model without our prior express written consent.
4. Forensic watermarking & liquidated damages. You acknowledge that the Service contains proprietary forensic data watermarks, synthetic identifier records ("canary records"), and micro-perturbed coordinates. The unauthorized appearance or reproduction of any such unique identifiers, watermarked metadata, or canary records outside the Platform shall serve as prima facie, conclusive forensic evidence of unauthorized extraction in breach of this Agreement. Due to the critical life-safety nature of the data and the commercial harm caused by unauthorized syndication, you agree that any unauthorized commercial scraping, automated bulk extraction, or unauthorized distribution shall subject you to liquidated damages in the amount of $2,500 per unauthorized record extracted or displayed, or actual statutory damages, whichever is greater, alongside reimbursing the Company for all associated forensic analysis and legal fees.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in the courts located in Maryland.

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
